legalsuper is looking for a Content and Communications Writer in Melbourne. You will shape member communications, support marketing campaigns and drive engagement across channels. The role emphasizes clear, accessible writing that translates complex superannuation concepts into easy-to-understand content while maintaining brand tone.

You’ll work with the Senior Manager, Education & Engagement in a hybrid setting, contributing to growth, retention and a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in communications, copywriting or journalism.
• Experience in wealth or financial services, superannuation preferred.
• Ability to write for various audiences and channels.
• Experience aligning content with brand tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and optimise content for marketing campaigns and member communications.
• Develop content across website, digital channels and brochures.
• Apply SEO and content design best practices for readability and UX.
• Monitor content performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
