Job summary

WorkSafe Victoria in Geelong is seeking a Marketing & Communications Support Officer to provide hands-on support to the communications program team. You will help deliver campaigns, manage governance of records, and ensure brand-aligned publications.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, you will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate invoicing and monthly budget reports, and contribute to a busy communications calendar with strong time-management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience supporting marketing communications and campaigns.
• Capability to manage governance of spreadsheets and records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Communications team to deliver WorkSafe campaigns and materials.
• Provide admin support and manage governance of records and spreadsheets.
• Ensure all publications reflect WorkSafe brand guidelines and identity.
• Liaise with business units to provide communications advice as required.
• Coordinate purchase orders and payment of invoices with regular budget reports.
• Prepare monthly ELT/Stakeholder/Board updates and campaign timelines.
• Offer general admin, invoicing and operational support to team members.
