WorkSafe Victoria in Geelong is seeking a Marketing and Communications Consultant to deliver integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels. The role is hybrid—3 days in the office—with a focus on strategic campaigns and stakeholder engagement.

You will provide specialist communications advice, manage multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external providers, and produce post-campaign insights to drive improvements.

Formación

• Experience delivering integrated marketing, communications and public relations campaigns that achieve defined objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience using digital channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Collaborative team member who can work within a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to support initiatives and budgets.
• Collaborate with External Affairs and business units to meet stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Work with Research to understand initiatives and align communications with objectives.
• Engage external suppliers to deliver communications activities and campaigns.
• Support the broader Marketing team with strategies and tools, and assist with special projects.
