Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Current Australian open full drivers' license is essential.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere for efficient daily operations.
• Supervise and guide Porter Valet team for maximum productivity.
• Assist Chief Concierge to achieve service standards.
• Create a positive work environment to drive motivation and teamwork.
