As our Concierge at The Star Grand Hotel, you will assist with leading the daily operations of the Porter Valet team to ensure a positive guest experience as well as playing a key role in promoting The Star Gold Coast as a leading entertainment destination.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure the daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Porter Valet team to ensure maximum productivity
• Assist the Chief Concierge to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved
• Creating a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale and teamwork

What we are looking for:

• Passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Experience in a leadership position with the ability to motivate and engage the team
• Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Australian open full drivers' licence - essential
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
