Job summary

CGU, part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), invites you to join a dynamic team in injury management and workers’ compensation claims. This permanent full-time role is based in Boorloo (Perth) and starts on 16 November 2026, with in-office training and strong team support.

You’ll handle claims end-to-end, provide guidance, and engage with employers, workers, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers’ compensation claims management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation claims from lodgement through to resolution.
• Support injured workers with tailored injury management and return-to-work plans.
• Provide expert advice to employers, workers, and other stakeholders.
• Handle a high volume of phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance.
