Brain Save is a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation clinic servicing Newcastle and the Hunter region seeking a warm, friendly Medical Receptionist for Broadmeadow and Toronto. The role is permanent part-time (2-3 days per week) with school-hour flexibility, ideal for organised individuals who value patient care.

You will welcome patients, provide excellent service, handle phone and in-person inquiries, manage appointments and general clinic administration while multitasking in a dynamic front desk

Formación

• Experience in a medical specialist practice preferred but not essential.
• Experience in medical administrative services including customer service, telephone manner, face-to-face reception and general enquiries, emails, billing, receipting, scanning and management of appointments.
• Familiarity with Clinic to Cloud is preferred.
