Job summary

Dr Matthew Holland is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for a specialist Obstetrics, Fertility & Gynaecology practice in Newcastle. This permanent part-time role requires 2–3 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am–5:30pm, with a competitive hourly rate of $34–$42. Flexibility to cover staff holidays is desirable.

The role focuses on welcoming patients, managing referrals and records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy clinic.
