Job summary

The Mind Body Practice in Bella Vista, NSW, is seeking two part-time medical receptionists to cover weekday shifts. The school-hours and late-afternoon/evening slots run across Monday to Friday, with fixed days after assignment. Start date as soon as possible, no weekend work.

We value warm, calm, and confidential front-desk interactions; one year in reception is preferred, with Halaxy or similar software knowledge as an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of reception experience, ideally in medical/psychology or allied health setting.
• Experience with Halaxy or similar software is an advantage.
• Experience with Medicare and private health claiming is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families warmly and professionally.
• Book and confirm appointments; assist with follow-up bookings.
• Take payments and process Medicare and private health claims.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
