The Commons in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Community Lead to cultivate a thriving member community across locations. You’ll manage events, welcome new members, and coordinate daily operations to ensure a seamless experience.

We’re looking for a candidate who loves people, can lead at pace, and enjoys improving the member journey through thoughtful programming and cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience coordinating events and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members, foster relationships, and understand member needs.
• Plan and run member events and workshops aligned with the brand.
• Oversee daily operations, bookings, and space logistics across locations.
• Maintain databases and member records; assist with IT/ticket support as needed.
