The Commons Group is seeking a passionate Community Manager to elevate our spaces by fostering a thriving, inclusive community. You will be the heartbeat of the space, delivering exceptional member experiences, nurturing relationships, and orchestrating engaging events across sites.

You'll lead and mentor the Community Team, manage facilities, and coordinate with Operations to ensure a pristine, well-run environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and nurturing engaged communities.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events and activities.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Operational awareness to maintain a high-standard space.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of member service and be the main point of contact.
• Plan and execute community events and activities.
• Manage facilities and coordinate maintenance with Operations.
• Lead and mentor the Community Team; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive member retention and growth through initiatives and programs.
• Onboard new members and manage memberships; handle inductions and offboarding.
