You’ll greet members, manage on-boarding, coordinate weekly events, and keep member records up to date. Attention to detail and strong relationship skills are essential to help members grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Front desk greeting and delivery of excellent member service.
• Manage onboarding processes including tours and welcome packs.
• Coordinate and support weekly events and member gatherings.
• Maintain accurate member and company databases; support IT ticket management.
