As heartbeat of the community, you will connect professionals across industries, foster belonging, and champion collaborative growth. You will manage daily workloads, mentor the Community Team, and drive initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and space quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding member service.
• Experience planning and executing events that align with brand standards.
• Experience maintaining and coordinating safe, welcoming workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service to members and guests.
• Be the main point of contact for all members.
• Organise and spearhead events, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Maintain a fully operational and pristine workspace.
• Lead and develop the Community Team, with regular training and reviews.
• Foster long-term member relationships and drive retention.
• Coordinate memberships and onboarding/offboarding processes.
