The Commons is seeking a passionate Community Manager to elevate our spaces, serving as the heartbeat of the community. You will foster collaboration across industries, plan engaging activities, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment where members feel supported and connected.

You will lead daily operations, manage the Community Team, coordinate events, and ensure a high‑quality member experience across multiple locations in NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high level of customer service to members and guests.
• Ability to act as main point of contact for members and build relationships.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Experience in facilities management and daily operations.
• Leadership experience with coaching and performance reviews.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Member Experience: ensure top-tier service, be primary contact, foster relationships, understand members and support growth, resolve issues.
• Lead Events: oversee event delivery, align with brand standards, work with partners to create memorable experiences, provide team support.
• Manage Facilities: ensure space is operational, coordinate maintenance, work with contractors, keep workspace pristine.
• Run Daily Operations: smooth day-to-day running, manage team workload and communications, implement improvements.
• Provide Leadership: manage team, coach for growth, conduct performance reviews, onboard/offboard staff, drive memberships.
