Job summary

Pathway Talent is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for a Supported Independent Living service in the Port Stephens area. This permanent part-time role (72 hours per fortnight) operates under SCHADS Level 3 and focuses on building strong relationships and delivering quality customer support.

You will coordinate day-to-day support, engage with customers and stakeholders, and contribute to a positive, inclusive service where customer experience is central to decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or community services.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working autonomously and using initiative.
