Pathway Talent is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers in Dubbo to join a respected community services organisation. This permanent part-time role offers rostered shifts and meaningful work helping people live independently and participate in their communities.

You will provide person-centred support based on each customer’s needs and support plan, including daily living activities, personal care and community access. A rewarding opportunity to make a difference.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in disability, mental health or community services
• A person-centred and recovery-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and respond calmly to changing situations
• Good written communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health or Community Services ( or willing to work towards)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check, where required
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Access to a reliable and insured vehicle
• Australian working rights
• Ability to meet the inherent requirements of the position
