Pathway Talent is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for a Supported Independent Living service in the Port Stephens area. This permanent part-time role (72 hours per fortnight) operates under SCHADS Level 3 and focuses on building strong relationships and delivering quality customer support.

As a Customer & Experience Coordinator, you’ll work closely with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders to coordinate quality support and create positive customer experiences.
You’ll be someone who can build trust, respond to changing needs, manage competing priorities and confidently problem-solve while keeping customers at the centre of decision-making.
