We are looking for a permanent full time Coordinator/Scheduler to join our caring and dynamic office team in Richmond, NSW. Just Better Care Coordinators play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need. They provide various administrative duties and complete all scheduling for our Community Support Workers and additional administration tasks.
Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the delivery of services using a team of Community Support Professionals. You will be the point of contact for Community Support Professionals and Case Managers ensuring our customers get the right care at the right time.
This is a full time position, and you will be required to work on rostered shifts between 8.00am -5.00pm weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with, and confidence in using, the Microsoft Suite
