Shoalhaven City Council in Bomaderry is seeking a proactive leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy community facility, delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings and administration, and supporting staff to provide safe, welcoming services to the community.

You will lead safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service; coordinate cash handling, procurement, and stock; develop staff; and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while driving

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III or demonstrated equivalent skills.
• Experience leading customer service teams in aquatic, recreation or similar environments.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, maintenance and customer service.
• Oversee café and catering operations, including food safety compliance.
