Job summary

Shoalhaven City Council seeks an experienced aquatic facility supervisor to oversee operations across Bomaderry Aquatic Centre and connected venues. You will manage pool plant activities, monitor water quality, and uphold safety and customer service standards for the community.

With a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation or proven management experience, you will lead staff, coordinate maintenance and WHS compliance, and support emergency response while delivering welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise daily aquatic facility operations and pool plant activities.
• Willingness to mentor staff and coordinate maintenance and contractor work.
• Experience with WHS and child-safe practices.
