Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy in Australia. You will partner with FP&A, Finance and Analytics to understand performance, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable leadership recommendations.

The role reports to the GM for Australia and spans multiple growth initiatives. You will build robust financial models, lead planning and forecast scenarios, and drive cross-functional decisions that improve profitability and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a highly analytical environment (strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, corporate strategy or commercial roles in high-growth consumer/tech).
• Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to translate analysis into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear view of commercial performance with FP&A and Analytics across revenue, acquisition, retention and margins.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling with functional leaders.
• Develop capital allocation analyses and actionable invest­ment recommendations for leadership.
