Eucalyptus is expanding its Australian leadership team with a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy to drive performance insights and capital deployment for growth. Reporting to the GM for Australia, you will partner with Growth, Product, Operations and Analytics to translate complex data into practical recommendations.

You will help shape planning, pricing and investments, building robust financial models and a rigorous operating rhythm across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a highly analytical environment (strategy/finance/consulting).
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact commercial problems.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Build view of commercial performance with FP&A and Analytics.
• Support annual planning, reforecasting and scenario modelling.
• Improve capital allocation with cross-functional analysis.
• Develop understanding of unit economics across products and channels.
• Identify growth and profitability opportunities and translate into actions.
• Evaluate new opportunities and partnerships and provide clear recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional work and drive implementation.
• Improve commercial operating rhythms and decision-making forums.
