Job summary

AccessEAP is seeking a Finance Business Partner based in Sydney to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning. You will unify financial and operational data, drive pricing models and assess growth opportunities to improve margins and sustainability.

You’ll partner with the CFO and executives, delivering actionable insights, while developing commercial options and strengthening decision‑making across Commercial, Marketing, and Learning & Development teams.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in a comparable financial planning, analysis or commercial finance role.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leaders on financial models, budgets and forecasts.
Monitor performance, variances and provide timely reporting and recommendations.
Prepare monthly management reports highlighting risks and drivers.
Analyze profitability by product, customer, and region for growth.
Develop pricing models balancing value, profitability and capacity.
Advise on pricing for tenders, renewals and strategic negotiations.
Evaluate opportunities for expansion, retention and new growth paths.
Support contract negotiations and management with internal teams.
Use data and market insights to strengthen commercial decision-making.
