Job summary

Eucalyptus AU is seeking a Planning & Procurement Manager to build and lead procurement and planning as the business scales post-acquisition. The role is hands-on, designing the operating model, leading negotiations, and guiding a direct report in supply planning, procurement readiness, and product launches.

You will work closely with Commercial, Clinical, Legal & Compliance, and external suppliers to ensure Australian regulatory alignment (TGA/ARTG) and optimal landed costs for new and existing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, sourcing or supply chain planning in regulated consumer goods.
• Hands-on operator who designs frameworks and can negotiate with suppliers.
• Experience building procurement or planning frameworks, operating models and processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply-demand planning is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach a direct report and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Planning & Procurement operating model from scratch, including governance and processes.
• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand signals with inventory and supplier performance.
• Translate commercial strategy into category plans and negotiate terms for Australian volumes.
• Run quarterly supplier reviews, set performance scorecards and drive improvement plans where needed.
• Develop and manage the Supply & Product Planner, providing coaching and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal to establish contracting standards and mitigate supply risk.
