Eucalyptus is seeking a high-impact FP&A professional for a 9-month fixed-term role to own the consolidated financial picture across the portfolio, forecast, reporting, and capital allocation. You’ll report to the CFO, manage one analyst, and coordinate with the HIM group as Eucalyptus integrates into the parent finance function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Experience owning consolidated forecasting and board-level reporting.
• Strong commercial instinct linking numbers to business decisions.
• Advanced financial modelling skills; build from scratch and maintain multi-brand models.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and mentoring juniors.
• Experience integrating finance in an acquisition context is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting across the portfolio.
• Monthly close reporting to ELT and board with KPI packs and variance commentary.
• Annual budget process and rolling reforecasts.
• Capital allocation modelling and scenario analysis for investments.
• Own cadence of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Bridge between corporate FP&A and brand FBPs; ensure consistency.
• Support FBPs with modelling frameworks and analytical infrastructure.
• Synthesize brand performance into group narrative for ELT/board.
