Eucalyptus AU seeks a Planning & Procurement Manager to build and lead Planning and Procurement as the business grows post‑acquisition. You’ll be hands-on, drafting contracts and shaping frameworks while guiding a direct report and collaborating with Commercial, Clinical, Legal and Compliance teams.

The role balances strategic leadership with execution, owning supplier negotiations, category strategy, and launch readiness for new products across Australia.

Formación

• 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain planning; end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on operator who designs frameworks and leads execution.
• Experience designing procurement or planning processes from scratch.
• Comfort with S&OP and supply/demand planning.
• Experience coaching others and developing team members.
• Strong negotiation and category strategy experience.
• Knowledge of Australian import, labeling and regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Analytical with cost, margin, and inventory data; ERP/procurement systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the Planning & Procurement operating model from scratch.
• Lead the S&OP process monthly with demand signals and inventory data.
• Translate commercial strategy into aligned category plans and negotiation levers.
• Run QBRs with strategic suppliers and manage performance improvement.
• Develop contracting framework with Legal and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own procurement for new product launches and launch stock planning.
• Coach and develop the Supply & Product Planner and the broader team.
