Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth Manager to own Hers' growth marketing strategy, from channel investment to insights-driven creative ideas. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Sydney and the UK to deliver high-performing patient acquisition.

This role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with clinical and analytics teams. You will shape the direction of acquisition, balancing CAC and LTV while driving scalable growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes.
• Built a growth strategy from scratch and know what to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end from channel mix to messaging hypotheses.
• Use research and data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost.
• Balance CAC/LTV trade-offs and inform acquisition decisions with data.
• Build a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with creative to ensure concepts are grounded in patient insight.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across paid channels and funnel experiences.
• Work with analytics, product, and clinical teams to connect growth to the patient journey.
