Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the patient acquisition strategy across Sydney and the UK. You will set strategic direction, prioritise insights, and translate them into high‑performing creative and messaging to grow efficiently.

You’ll partner with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams to build a rigorous testing framework and optimize channel mix, budgets, and targeting—driving growth while balancing CAC and LTV with a clear, evidence-based viewpoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes.
• Built a growth strategy from scratch and know what to prioritise.
• Comfort moving between qualitative insight and quantitative data.
• Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever.
• Commercial instinct: CAC/LTV dynamics and budgeting decisions.
• Hands-on across paid channels but lead with strategy and insight.
• Strong communicator and cross‑functional partner.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Hers’ patient acquisition strategy end-to-end — from channel mix and budget allocation through to the messaging hypotheses that drive it
• Use customer research, patient insight, and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost
• Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs — understanding the difference between patients who stay engaged in their treatment and those who don’t
• Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments
• Partner closely with our creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical to make sure growth is connected to the full patient experience
• Communicate a clear, evidence-based point of view on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders
