Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth Manager to lead Hers' growth marketing strategy from channel investment to insightful creative ideas. You will work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams across Sydney and the UK to attract patients efficiently.

The role emphasizes strategic direction over campaign execution, balancing CAC and LTV, and building scalable, evidence-based growth initiatives that expand patient access globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes.
• Built a growth strategy from scratch, prioritising and explaining why.
• Able to move between qualitative insight and quantitative performance data to form strategic view.

Responsabilités

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end from channel mix to messaging hypotheses.
• Use research, insights and data to craft strategies that attract right patients at right cost.
• Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs to inform acquisition decisions.
• Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments.
• Partner with our creative team to develop concepts grounded in patient insight.
• Identify highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience.
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical to ensure growth ties to patient experience.
• Communicate clear, evidence-based points of view on performance to senior stakeholders.
