Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) is seeking a Caravan Park Housekeeping Supervisor for Marengo Family Caravan Park in Victoria. You will lead a housekeeping team, coordinate cleaning across cabins, amenities and communal areas, and ensure top guest satisfaction through hands-on supervision and quality control.

The role combines team leadership, operational coordination, and frontline customer service in a premier coastal destination along the Great Ocean Road.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising staff within housekeeping/accommodation/hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong practical cleaning skills and high presentation standards.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and work as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional cleaning standards.
• Coordinate daily cleaning across cabins, amenities, laundries, offices and kitchens.
• Assist with staff rosters to meet seasonal needs.
• Manage housekeeping inventory including linen and supplies.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning schedules.
• Undertake cleaning duties as required (vacuuming, mopping, bed making).
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate operational and guest matters clearly with management.
