Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based recruitment and services company, is seeking a Cloud Support Officer for Cloud Data Products to provide first-level support, triage incidents, and ensure service reliability in a mostly onsite role at Barton, ACT. Flexible arrangements may be considered case-by-case, with a 12-month contract and Baseline security clearance required.

Applicants should have at least three years’ experience with cloud data products in complex environments and possess an AWS Cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support, triage and resolution for cloud data product users.
• Monitor service performance, investigate incidents and support service reliability.
• Support cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements.
• Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement.
