Job summary

Darumatic Cloud Native is seeking an ICT Support Officer (APS5 equivalent) to join the Business Systems Unit in Barton, ACT. This 100% office-based role involves frontline ICT support, helpdesk response, and administration of user accounts across Australia and overseas.

Strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-service mindset are essential. The position is a 3-month initial contract (37.5 hours per week) with an extension option and opportunities for training and professional

Qualifications

Experience providing responsive ICT support in a public/enterprise environment.
Ability to analyse ICT issues, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline ICT support to staff in Australia and overseas.
Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve routine ICT issues.
Administer user accounts and systems; support deployment and management of ICT equipment.
Contribute to ICT projects, upgrades, testing and operational activities.
