Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Cloud Support Officer to back our cloud data products in an agile, on-site Barton role. You’ll provide first-level support, triage incidents and help sustain service reliability.

The role requires a minimum of three years supporting cloud data products in complex environments and AWS Cloud Practitioner training or equivalent. Strong stakeholder communication in an agile team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.

Responsibilities

Cloud Support Officer | Cloud Data Products

Support secure cloud-based data products and services in an agile environment, providing user support, incident resolution and operational support. The role is based onsite in Barton, with flexible working arrangements considered case-by-case subject to operational requirements and approval.

Location: Barton, ACT Work Arrangement: Onsite – flexible working arrangements may be considered case-by-case, subject to operational requirements and approval. Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline Closing Date: 10.00am, Tuesday 8 September 2026

Essential Tasks
