Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and perform data quality checks to support stakeholders. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and data handling skills are essential to resolve straightforward questions and escalate complex issues as

• Proven ability to respond to helpdesk calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Experience performing data validation and quality assurance.
• Ability to escalate complex issues to team leaders when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and resolve straightforward user enquiries.
• Perform data analysis, validation and quality assurance, including investigating anomalies.
• Escalate complex technical issues and system defects to the Team Leader.
