Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Helpdesk & Data Support Officer to join a busy onsite support team. This temporary contract covers 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with potential extension, and requires Baseline clearance.

You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and perform data quality checks to support stakeholders. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and data handling skills are essential to resolve straightforward questions and escalate complex issues as

Helpdesk & Data Support Officer:

Baseline Cleared | ACT Join a busy onsite support team delivering responsive helpdesk assistance, system troubleshooting and data quality support. This contract is ideal for a customer-focused professional who can resolve straightforward enquiries, work confidently with data and stakeholders, and escape more complex technical issues when required.

ACT | Onsite Contract Duration: 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with a possible 1-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 August 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Respond to helpdesk calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
