Job summary

Compas PTY is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices in a Microsoft on-premises and cloud environment. This is a full-time, 100% office-based role in Barton, ACT.

The role requires current Baseline clearance, is a 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension, and offers on-site work at Barton with close collaboration with government ICT services.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline ICT support for hardware, software, network, account and device issues.
• Triage, resolve and escalated service requests and incidents in line with service levels.
• Administer user accounts, systems, devices, software and ICT asset records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, testing, rollouts, cyber security controls and patching.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices.
• Triage, resolve incidents and escalate where needed.
• Assist with ICT asset management and configuration tasks.
