Job summary

Kelly+Partners Northern Beaches is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to own day-to-day client communications, coordinate workflows between clients and our accounting team, and ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.

You will build trusted relationships with a diverse range of business owners, drive process improvements, and support Partners and Managers with engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with ownership of deadlines and priorities.
• Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems and software.
• Experience in client service, account management, operations, project coordination, administration or similar roles.
• No public practice accounting experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate workflows between clients, offshore/onshore accounting teams.
• Monitor deadlines, manage compliance calendars and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Improve processes, drive efficiencies and champion best practice.
• Support Partners and Managers with client summaries, updates and follow-ups.
• Use modern cloud-based systems to streamline work.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners across diverse industries.
