Kelly+Partners Northern Beaches seeks a Client Relationship Manager who will own client communications, coordinate workflows with offshore and onshore teams, and manage deadlines across a diverse portfolio. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, informed client journey without traditional accounting tasks.

You will support Partners and Managers, drive process improvements, and build lasting relationships with business owners across industries in a modern, flexible office environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with clients to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate workflows between offshore and onshore accountants.
• Monitor deadlines and compliance calendars; keep deliverables on track.
• Improve processes, drive efficiencies and champion best practices.
• Support Partners and Managers with client summaries, updates and follow-ups.
• Utilise cloud-based systems and automation to streamline work.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with business owners across industries.
