Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join our Sales team and act as a key point of contact for our clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences and coordinating service delivery with internal teams.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and work with Operations, Sales, Dispatch and Finance to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management or client relations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Confident using email, spreadsheets, CRM and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Respond to client enquiries, requests and issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records and client information.
• Escalate and manage complex issues through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and additional products or services.
