Job summary

Kelly+Partners Northern Beaches is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships and ensure a seamless service journey.

You will coordinate workflows between clients and our accounting team, manage deadlines, and drive process improvements while delivering exceptional client experiences. No public accounting required; ownership and communication matter most.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong ownership of deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems and software.
• Experience in client service, account management, operations or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with clients and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate workflows between offshore/onshore accountants and clients.
• Monitor deadlines, manage compliance calendars and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Improve processes, introduce efficiencies and champion best practice.
• Support Partners and Managers with client summaries, updates and follow-ups.
• Use modern cloud-based systems and automation tools to streamline work.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners across a diverse client portfolio.
