Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong South. You will manage client relationships, respond to enquiries, and coordinate customer requirements to ensure timely delivery.

You will prepare reports and provide updates to clients and management, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive service improvements. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Based in Dandenong South or willing to work onsite in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day client enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate customer requirements and ensure commitments are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and identify solutions.
• Support projects, client transitions and training as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer service.
• Provide general support to the wider team when required.
