Job summary

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established organisation in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery, and liaise with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling orders end-to-end, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous SAP experience is essential.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing customer orders from end to end.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or product-based environments is highly regarded.
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.
