Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Supervisor, Client Services to support Corrections Victoria. This ongoing, full-time role focuses on delivering efficient prison services, staff leadership and ensuring compliant operations across multiple functional areas within Western Plains Correctional Centre.

Qualifications

• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to design electronic tools to gain efficiencies in processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle financial system and PIMS would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workload of the team and individuals, understanding output and capacity.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, training and performance management to ensure team are well supported.
• Ensure procedures and processes are compliant with legislative and organisational requirements, including audits and investigations of non-compliances with remedial actions.
