Job summary

Attune Hearing is seeking a Client Advisor to support our Sydney-area clinics (Baulkham Hills, Mona Vale, Newtown, Crows Nest, Hurstville). You’ll be the primary contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they arrive through to after-visit follow-up.

You will handle phones, appointment bookings, stock management, and data entry, coordinating with Audiologists and external healthcare professionals. Training is provided for device assistance and claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in allied health or high-volume customer service/sales.
• Data entry and attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist patients with hearing devices (training provided).
• Experience with Medicare/Private Health claims is advantageous; training provided if needed.
• Ability to form excellent working relationships with Audiologists.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support to clinic Audiologists; including administration (answering phones, booking appointments, providing customer service).
• Who we see and when we see them is critical to drive the best outcomes; you are key in organizing this success.
• Stock Management.
• Liaise with internal (Audiologists) and external (clients, medical professionals) stakeholders whilst providing empathy and high levels of customer service.
• Data Entry. Attention to detail is key to ensuring smooth outcomes.
