• Manage My Aged Care referrals and client onboarding.
• Coordinate services and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Source and onboard service providers in regional and remote areas.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Monitor compliance requirements and escalate issues as needed.
