Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants for our Grafton store. You will unpack stock, replenish shelves, maintain presentation and assist customers during our busiest period.

Broad availability across October to January is essential, including weekdays and weekends. Shifts may start early and include late nights, weekends and public holidays. No previous retail experience required, just a positive attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments.
• The ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately.
• A positive, proactive attitude and confidence working alone.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with friendly, helpful service
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing

About You

You’re energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.
