Job summary

Kaisercraft in Goulburn is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You’ll focus on delivering high-level customer service and keeping the store well presented to showcase our product range.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, assisting with daily operations, sharing product knowledge, unpacking deliveries, replenishing shelves, and supporting visual merchandising. You will work 2-3 shifts per week (3–5 hours) across the 7 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• Motivated to sell Kaisercraft products.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication.
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
• Flexible across 7 days including evenings and weekends.
• 2–3 shifts per week, 3–5 hours each, with potential for extra hours.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a POS system.

Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Goulburn!

We also have Christmas Casual positions available.

The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Opening and closing of the store
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
• Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard

About You:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
