Job summary

Kaisercraft in Warwick is seeking a friendly and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will deliver excellent customer service, showcase our beautiful product range, and keep the store well presented at all times.

As a casual team member, you will assist with opening and closing, daily store operations, promotions, and visual merchandising while building a memorable shopping experience for customers across 2–3 shifts weekly and occasional additional hours.

Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Warwick!

Based in Geelong, we’re a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia.Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft have a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from our Head office through to our Retail Stores. The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Opening and closing of the store
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
• Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard

About You:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
