Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants to support our Tuggeranong and Majura Park stores during peak season. You'll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves and assist customers, helping keep the store well-presented and welcoming.

Broad October–January availability is essential, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Shifts may start early from 7am, extend late and include peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer service.
• Ability to process high volumes of stock quickly.
• Flexible availability across Oct–Jan, including weekends.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You'll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with friendly, helpful service
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing

About You

You're energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You're equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

You'll bring:

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments
• The ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• A positive, proactive attitude and confidence working alone
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
