Job summary

Kaisercraft seeks enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants across our Victoria stores. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period, unpacking stock, replenishing shelves and assisting customers.

Availability is essential across October to January, including weekends and public holidays. This role offers staff discounts and opportunities to grow within an Australian company.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately.

Assist customers with friendly, helpful service.

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing.

About You

You’re energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

You’ll bring:
